This is a blog about an amazing tour to Sundhanyakhali watchtower in Sundarban. It was our wish to visit Sundarban for long. However, for various issues we couldn’t do so. This time we got a chance and planned our trip for Sundarban 1 day tour.

This is the trip itinerary:

• Start from Kolkata early morning
• Reach Sundarban late Morning near about 10 a.m.
• Check in to a good lodge, hotel or houseboat.
• Take rest, have lunch
• Tour guide takes you for Sundarban tour.
• You reach Sundhanyakhali Watch tower
• Enjoy there while watching birds and other animals
• Later return to your staying place
• Take rest have dinner
• Sleep
• Return next morning to Kolkata

The above list will give you a complete understanding of how you are going to take up a one-day Sundarban trip. This is obviously amazing but there are few steps that you need to follow before going to Sundarban.

1.Contact a good tour guide:

This is one of the most important step you need to take to find good tour guide so that your Sundarban 1 day tour can be planned in the most significant manner. Do not go to Sundarban alone without any guide you won’t feel happy in that manner rather you might get bored.

2. Pack some essentials:

Carry some very essential things that you can’t do without in Sundarban. Those essential things are your medicine, mosquito repellent, cotton clothes, no heavy clothes, proper boots or shoes, sun protective, umbrellas etc.

3. Plan early:

During the season time to visit Sundarban many people book the trips and you might not get a fair chance to book at that moment so it is always better to book early and stay safe. Clear the matter of money from beforehand.
